1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and LuxeReserve, concerning your access to and use of our hotel booking website and all related media channels.

2. Reservations and Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• Valid identification and a credit card are required at check-in.
• Any special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policies

We accept major credit cards. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate selected. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made according to the specific rate policy you selected during booking. Generally, standard reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

5. Hotel Policies

• Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
• Pets: We are a pet-friendly property, but restrictions and fees apply. Please contact us in advance.
• Smoking: We are a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in rooms.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property during your stay. Use of hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, is at your own risk.
